Microsoft is likely to give consumers the Win-8 goodness by October 2012, if the sources at Bloomberg are to be trusted. What’s more: The popular OS will have support for both Intel and ARM(Whoa!) processors.
What are ARM processors, you ask? Well, they are the processors present in your garden variety Smartphones and Tablets. The report revealed that OEMs will be shipping with Windows 8 by October.
